In school. Have eight scholars in all & could get along tolerably if all were paying, but I am obliged to take most of them on what I owe. Copying tax books for Syberg. Getting to be pleasant weather. Studying anatomy a little & Greek & German. I have done considerable writing this year and last fall – more than would fill a good size volume and probably as good as most of the trash that is published under the name of stories. Saturday got a letter from mother. I have had a hard time of it this last winter. I hope I may do better.
