15 – Augusta goes to sister Mary Horton’s to visit for the day. Steve & Gurd go to State Fair in Elmira.

16 – Augusta’s mother writes to James; says daughter Mary is “up & around.”

17 – Brother Stephen accompanies Rev. Wheeler to Speedsville for Quarterly Meeting.

18 – Curtis Family receive letter from James saying Augusta may visit them on return trip.

19 - Augusta attends church; hears Rev. Chas. Judd. Daughter Mary accompanies her. Augusta sees Samuel Griffing again.

20 – Asa Brooks & 2 nieces visit Augusta. Brother Steve is cutting corn.

21 – James write Augusta from North Lawrence describing Express package just mailed. 

22 – Willie & John pick apples. Mary Horton & family visit Augusta.

23 – Augusta goes into Owego to get her false teeth.

24 – Levi Catlin buried in Tioga Cemetery. Daughter Mary suffers relapse.

25 – Sarah Young & family visit Augusta. Grove Pike stops for visit.

26 – Augusta’s mother writes James & tells of daughter Mary’s relapse. Sarah Curtis invites Augusta to stop & visit on return trip home.

27 – Steve picks up Express Box that James sent from Kansas. Charlie Brooks picks up boys for a couple of days at Little Meadows, PA.
